- The platform you are using (Windows, Mac, or Web)
- Steps to reproduce the issue, if applicable
- Any error messages you received
Please note that our support covers help with operating the xllify tool itself. We are unable to assist with general spreadsheet questions or with writing or debugging your add-in code. If you require hands-on assistance with your add-in, please get in touch to discuss a support contract.
